Seals, protects and prevents grout from staining by forming an invisible film preventing the penetration of water, oil, grease or food stuffs to keep them looking clean and new for much longer. Interior and exterior use.

We recommend grout lines be given a deep clean as necessary using SMP Grout Cleaner to return them to their original newly sealed condition.

Coverage: Depending on the porosity of the surface being treated coverage will vary from 5 – 10 sq. metres per litre.
