RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions or concerns. We accept returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

  • Contact us within 7 days of invoice
  • All items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • We are not responsible for return shipping fees
  • We do not refund items that are lost in return transit and recommend you use tracking
  • Cancelled orders will incur a restocking charge of 20%  and may also be subject collection and transport charges. There is no difference between a customer not collecting goods and a customer returning goods.

If above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for refund even if the items have been mailed back to us. If the goods are damaged, the Customer may reject the goods under The Sales of Goods Act.

Please notify us by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery of any of shortage or damage to goods in transit with attached photos. Risk in respect of the goods passes to the buyer at the moment of delivery.

Sales items are non-exchangeable nor returnable unless the items are faulty or damaged in transit.

Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product. The company cannot under any circumstances entertain any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery. We recommend that you never book a tiler until you have had the tiles delivered.

Just Tiles N Bathrooms makes no warranty on any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose. Returned tiles must be in a re-saleable condition. We recommend that you put the tiles back on the pallet they were delivered on and securely fasten the tiles so they are not able to move around. It is always helpful in the event that damage may be caused in transit to take a couple of photographs before they are wrapped and when they are wrapped, prior to collection. Because of batching issues etc, we can only accept returns within 14 days of the tiles being delivered.
