We are a supply only retailer, but we do have a number of excellent experienced local fitters who we have worked with for a number of years that we can recommend if you place an order with us.
To work out how many square metres you need, measure the length and width of each area in metres, multiply the two sizes together and you will get the number of square meters you need.
Each tile product has an Area calculator where you can add the length and width of your room, this automatically works out the area and estimates the quantity required. The industry standard for waste is 10% and is included in the estimate and can be unticked if not required. Large format tiles may require an additional allowance for waste.
While we are happy to advise you, it is always prudent to get your tiler to check the quantity you require. We cannot be aware of any details that might affect the number of tiles you need and therefore we cannot be certain on quantities, as different variables including setting out, decided by your tiler, will impact on the amount of waste.
The number of tiles per sqm vary according to size as does the number of tiles per box. Area is worked out by multiplying the length by breadth and divide this number into 1. For example a 600mm x 600mm tile is 0.6m x 0.6m equals 0.36m2. Divde 0.36m2 into 1m2 equals 2.77 tiles per sqm
Each of the other sizes can be worked out the same way
A common misconception is that a box contains 1 square metre
No not always. While some tiles do have 1sqm per box, more often than not there is different quantities in boxes depending on the size of the tile.

There is only a short space of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@justtileni.co.uk, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

We operate a kerbside delivery service for all tile orders. Your tiles will arrive by pallet on an HGV.
All deliveries must be signed for unless specific delivery instructions have been provided in advance. If your order arrives damaged please sign the paperwork as damaged and have a few photographs for reference
If your property has restricted access, please advise when placing your order as this may lead to a delay with delivery. Our kerbside delivery service operates Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm.
We would always advise having someone with you to help unload the items from your pallet due to their size and weight.
We accept the following credit or debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express or by bank transfer (B.A.C.S.).
Instore/Showroom we accept all the above methods & cash.
We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal & Klarna If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Klarna website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
You can return tiles to us within 30 days of purchase. These should be in the origional packaging and securely packed on the pallet. Returns will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Once they have been returned in a re-saleable condition we will issue you with a refund for the tiles - the original delivery charge is non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of retuning them to us. PLEASE NOTE non-stock, clearance, Job-lot items, grout, silicone & trim items cannot be returned.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via info@justtilesni.co.uk with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
