We want getting your beautiful new floors to be the easiest part of your project! Because tiles, wooden flooring, and large renovation items are heavy and fragile, they travel on specialist transport lorries rather than standard delivery vans.

Here is a quick, straightforward guide to how our deliveries work, what to expect, and how to prepare.


Delivery Costs & How We Calculate Shipping

Delivery is calculated automatically at the checkout stage based on your postcode. Our system will estimate how many pallets it will likely take to safely pack your order and will calculate your shipping cost from this. If you feel your shipping cost has not been calculated correctly, please contact us for confirmation before completing your purchase.


When Will My Order Arrive?

We want to save you multiple delivery fees, so if you order a mix of different items—such as tiles, wooden flooring, and accessories—we will wait until every single item arrives safely at our Ballymena warehouse before shipping them out together. This means your delivery timeline will default to whichever product in your order takes the longest to arrive.

Once your complete order is securely packed, we process and ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). After leaving our warehouse, typical journey times are:

  • Northern Ireland: 1 to 2 working days (some coastal areas may take an extra day).

  • Republic of Ireland: 2 working days.

  • UK Mainland: 3 working days.

An email confirmation will be sent to you for all orders once received. Please note that transit times may occasionally vary due to stock availability, online security checks, payment authorization, or heavy dispatch periods. Our transport networks don't run over weekends or Bank Holidays, so please allow an extra working day if your order falls across a holiday period.


What Happens on Delivery Day?

  • Arranging the Date: You won't be left guessing. Once your order arrives at your local regional delivery depot, the team there will call or text you directly to find a delivery day that suits your schedule.

  • On the Day: The driver will give you a phone call roughly 1 hour before arrival so you have plenty of time to meet them. While we can't offer live digital tracking maps or specific timed slots, you can always give our showroom a call on the day for a progress update.

  • Handing Over Your Order (Pavement/Kerbside Only): Freight deliveries are officially kerbside/pavement only. Couriers are not insured to bring goods inside your home or business premises. If you have a flat, smooth, concrete or tarmac driveway, the driver will do their absolute best to wheel the pallet up closer to your property using a hand truck. However, they cannot bring heavy pallets over gravel, grass, or up steep inclines, and we cannot accept liability for any marking or damage to your driveway surface.

  • A Quick Tip: Because pallets are heavy, we highly advise you to have at least two capable people on your premises to help receive and move your goods on delivery day.


Checking for Access Constraints

Because bulk flooring orders are heavy, they are delivered on large commercial freight lorries (18-tonne or 40-foot vehicles).

Before ordering, please have a quick think about your property's access. If your road has tight lanes, low bridges, sharp turns, or weight restrictions that a large lorry might struggle with, please let us know in advance. If a driver arrives and safely cannot enter your street, we will have to pause the delivery, bring the goods back to the depot, and contact you to figure out an alternative plan.


Being There to Receive Your Order

Please ensure you or your fitter are at the property on the agreed delivery day.

  • Unloading Time: Our drivers are happy to wait while your pallet is unloaded from the tail-lift, but please ensure the area is clear and ready so they aren't delayed for an unreasonable amount of time.

  • If You Miss the Delivery: If you aren't home during the agreed window, or if access is completely blocked, the driver will have to take the items back to the depot, and a re-delivery charge will apply to bring them out again.

  • Changed Your Mind? If you refuse a delivery at the door or need to cancel it due to unnotified access issues, the stock will come back to us, and the transport cost of that return will be deducted from your final product refund.


Managing Your Order (Changes & Cancellations)

Because our warehouse team processes and dispatches orders promptly to keep timelines short, we are unable to make adjustments to your order details once placed.

  • Changing a Delivery Address: For strict security and fraud prevention, your delivery address cannot be changed once your order has been completed.

  • Adding or Removing Items: It is not possible to add or remove items after checkout. If you need extra items, please place a new order. Where possible, our warehouse team will make every effort to bundle them together and ship them with your original order for no extra fee. For unwanted items, please follow our standard returns process.

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order under the Consumer Contract Regulations, you can refuse the delivery at the door or follow our returns process within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please note that this right does not apply to custom or excluded products listed in our main returns policy unless they arrive faulty.

  • Please Note: We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund your payment in full due to sudden pricing errors or issues relating to accidental misinformation on our website.


Local Showroom Pick-up

You are very welcome to collect your order directly from us to bypass shipping fees completely! Once your order is fully prepared and ready for dispatch, our team will notify you.

  • Collection Times: Available during our regular business hours only.
