Delivery Timing
We want to save you multiple delivery fees. If you order a mix of different items (like tiles and wooden flooring), we will wait until every single item arrives safely at our Ballymena warehouse before shipping them out together.
This means your delivery timeline will default to whichever product in your order has the longest lead time.
Once your complete order is securely packed, we process and ship from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is received.

Standard 1-2 working day delivery once dispatched (coastal areas may take an extra day). Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode. Free Delivery on orders over £500.
Standard 2 working day delivery once dispatched. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode. Free Delivery on orders over £1000 or Euro equivalent.
Standard 3 working day delivery once dispatched. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode. Free Delivery on orders over £1000.
Note: Delivery costs are based on how many pallets our system estimates it will take to safely pack your order. If you feel your shipping cost hasn't calculated correctly at checkout, please contact us for confirmation before purchasing.
How We Deliver
Pallet & Bulk Orders: Larger orders ship via our specialist freight courier network. Once your order arrives at your local regional depot, the team will call or text you directly to arrange a delivery day that suits your schedule. The driver will also give you a phone call roughly 1 hour before arrival.
Smaller Orders: Smaller items (such as samples and accessories) ship via standard parcel courier.
Click & Collect: You are very welcome to pick up your order from our Ballymena showroom and warehouse in the Pennybridge Industrial Park once we notify you that it is ready. This is available during regular business hours only.

Damages
Please inspect your pallet on arrival and sign for the goods as damaged with the driver if you see any issues. Notify us with photos within 48 hours for a replacement or a refund if the item is end of line.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return for standard stocked items. Items must be in original unopened packaging. Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Expert Advice
Never book your installer until your goods have arrived and been inspected. We recommend keeping leftovers as attic stock to ensure a perfect batch match for any future repairs.

Designing Your Space
Can I order a sample? ▾
Yes. We highly recommend seeing our products in your home's unique lighting. You can select up to 3 different samples for just £2.95. These 150mm x 150mm cut pieces allow you to feel the technical texture and verify the colour against your cabinetry and paint swatches before you commit to a full order.
Is this available in other sizes or finishes? ▾
Many of our ranges are part of a larger architectural collection, including XXL slabs and matching R11 "Anti-Slip" finishes for outdoor patios. If you don't see the specific format you require, please message us via WhatsApp.
Orders & Logistics
Do you sell in square meters or by the box? ▾
We price all our products per square meter (m²) to make comparing ranges simple. We fulfill orders in full boxes. This is a critical safety measure; the manufacturer's original packaging is specifically designed to protect the product during palletised transit. Our online calculator will automatically round your requirements up to the nearest full box.
Can you hold my order once placed? ▾
We know that project schedules can shift. To ensure you secure your range we recommend ordering early. We will happily store your pallet in our secure warehouse for up to 3 months, free of charge, and dispatch it when you are ready to engage an installer. Make a note in the checkout to avail of this service and we will contact you to make a plan.
Do you offer flexible payment options? ▾
Yes. To help you manage your project's cash flow, we offer Klarna as a secure payment option. This allows you to spread the cost of your order over three interest free payments.

Price includes VAT. Order quantity is per box and price is per m². Tiles may look slightly different on various computer screen resolutions. Please allow a minimum of 10% extra for wastage. Some projects require more wastage due to larger tiles or depending on how tiles are laid out. Variation in shade and size between batches are due to the manufacturing process and not considered a defect. It is advisable to order enough tiles as the same batch may not be available at a later date.
