Delivery Timing
We want to save you multiple delivery fees. If you order a mix of different items (like tiles and wooden flooring), we will wait until every single item arrives safely at our Ballymena warehouse before shipping them out together.
This means your delivery timeline will default to whichever product in your order has the longest lead time.
Once your complete order is securely packed, we process and ship from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is received.

How We Deliver
Pallet & Bulk Orders: Larger orders ship via our specialist freight courier network. Once your order arrives at your local regional depot, the team will call or text you directly to arrange a delivery day that suits your schedule. The driver will also give you a phone call roughly 1 hour before arrival.
Smaller Orders: Smaller items (such as samples and accessories) ship via standard parcel courier.
Click & Collect: You are very welcome to pick up your order from our Ballymena showroom and warehouse in the Pennybridge Industrial Park once we notify you that it is ready. This is available during regular business hours only.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return for standard stocked items. Items must be in original unopened packaging. Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Expert Advice
Never book your installer until your goods have arrived and been inspected. We recommend keeping leftovers as attic stock to ensure a perfect batch match for any future repairs.

Designing Your Space
Can I order a sample? ▾
Yes. We highly recommend seeing our products in your home's unique lighting. You can select up to 3 different samples for just £2.95. These 150mm x 150mm cut pieces allow you to feel the technical texture and verify the colour against your cabinetry and paint swatches before you commit to a full order.
Is this available in other sizes or finishes? ▾
Many of our ranges are part of a larger architectural collection, including XXL slabs and matching R11 "Anti-Slip" finishes for outdoor patios. If you don't see the specific format you require, please message us via WhatsApp.
Orders & Logistics
Do you sell in square meters or by the box? ▾
We price all our products per square meter (m²) to make comparing ranges simple. We fulfill orders in full boxes. This is a critical safety measure; the manufacturer's original packaging is specifically designed to protect the product during palletised transit. Our online calculator will automatically round your requirements up to the nearest full box.
Can you hold my order once placed? ▾
We know that project schedules can shift. To ensure you secure your range we recommend ordering early. We will happily store your pallet in our secure warehouse for up to 3 months, free of charge, and dispatch it when you are ready to engage an installer. Make a note in the checkout to avail of this service and we will contact you to make a plan.
Do you offer flexible payment options? ▾
Yes. To help you manage your project's cash flow, we offer Klarna as a secure payment option. This allows you to spread the cost of your order over three interest free payments.
Trust & Expertise
Can I speak to someone before ordering? ▾
Absolutely. We aren't just an e-commerce site; we are a 20 year old family business. If you have technical questions about floor prep or slip ratings, click the WhatsApp logo. You'll be connected directly to our showroom WhatsApp where we can provide real world advice.
Do you have a physical showroom? ▾
Yes. While we ship across the UK and Ireland, our flagship showroom is located in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. We have been a physical, family run destination for over 20 years. This physical presence ensures accountability and expertise that online only retailers cannot match. Here you can see our range of Tiles, Bathrooms, Wooden Floors & Vinyls in real world settings and speak to our knowledgeable staff members.
Do you have Trade Accounts? ▾
We are always happy to work with professional trades and designers from across the country. If you are interested in opening a Trade Account for ongoing projects, please contact our office at accounts@justtilesni.co.uk.

Price includes VAT. Order quantity is per box and price is per m². Tiles may look slightly different on various computer screen resolutions. Please allow a minimum of 10% extra for wastage. Some projects require more wastage due to larger tiles or depending on how tiles are laid out. Variation in shade and size between batches are due to the manufacturing process and not considered a defect. It is advisable to order enough tiles as the same batch may not be available at a later date.
The Sardonyx Pearl Polished collection delivers a breathtakingly bold and high-contrast marble statement to both floor and wall surfaces. Breaking away from subtle designs, it features an ice-white background heavily struck by thick, stormy onyx-grey veins and intricate mineral layering. With a high V4 variation rating, the patterns are deliberately distinct from tile to tile, capturing the untamed, dramatic beauty of genuine prestige stone.
Expertly crafted by Pamesa from premium porcelain in an expansive 1200x600mm size, this tile is finished with a glass-like polished glaze. This high-gloss surface acts as a mirror, scattering light effortlessly to make smaller rooms feel expansive and open-plan living zones, upscale kitchens, or master bathrooms appear instantly grander. Laser-cut rectified edges allow for razor-thin grout lines, creating a sweeping, unified look across large expanses. While it looks remarkably delicate, this high-performance porcelain is incredibly tough, simple to maintain, and entirely impervious to water, spills, and heavy foot traffic.
